01

Build a reusable plan for each Mass

Set up the roles you need—such as lectors, ushers, altar servers, and presiders—once in your organization. Add them to a Mass template, then create one event or a recurring series. Each dated Mass keeps its own details, so an exceptional service can be adjusted without changing the template.

02

Let each ministry work the right way

Choose self-scheduling, approval requests, or coordinator assignments for each role. Restricted roles are granted by an admin; unrestricted roles can be selected as volunteer preferences. Coordinators can still step in and assign someone directly when needed.

03

Keep the schedule clear for everyone

Volunteers can view their status, sign up, and manage household members on the web or mobile app. Admins can see coverage gaps, handle withdrawals, add event notes or links, and use event threads when conversation is needed.

Common questions

Mass scheduling questions

Can we schedule several Masses each week?

Yes. Create events individually or from repeating patterns, using reusable templates for the Masses you offer regularly.

Do priests and lay volunteers have to be scheduled the same way?

No. A presider can be restricted or coordinator-managed while other roles accept direct volunteer sign-ups or requests.

Can we start with Masses and add Adoration later?

Yes. Roles belong to your organization, and you can add more templates and event schedules whenever you need them.
